Why cant I log on to Twitter from my cell phone? I have my account set up correctly in every way, including mobile. So whats the problem?

Will I be charged extra for using Twitter on my cell phone?

My phone company is AT&T and I get 200 texts a month. My question is, what will I be charged for using any of those texts on Twitter? In other words, will I be charged anything else (besides the paid texts) using Twitter via my phone?
